Conversion Accuracy

Conversion results are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:

• Formulas are based on standard international definitions
• Results may contain rounding differences due to floating-point calculations
• Pakistan local units (Tola, Marla, Kanal etc.) follow commonly accepted values
• WiseInovatech is not liable for decisions made based on conversion results

Currency Rates

Live rates are fetched from ExchangeRate-API and cached for up to 24 hours:

• Rates may not reflect real-time interbank or market rates
• Offline mode uses last cached rates which may be outdated
• Do not use Swift Converter: Units & Currency for financial transactions or investment decisions
• WiseInovatech is not responsible for financial losses based on displayed rates

Advertisements

Swift Converter: Units & Currency displays ads via Google AdMob (App Open, Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded ads). By using the app, you acknowledge:

• Ads are served by Google AdMob and governed by Google’s advertising policies
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
• App Open ads appear only when the app is launched, and Interstitial ads appear only at natural breaks in use, never when you press the back button
• Rewarded ads are always optional and user-initiated — never forced or automatic
• Users in the EU/EEA and UK are shown a consent form before ads are loaded, and can manage their ad privacy choices
• No fake dialogs or deceptive ad placements

Intellectual Property

All content within Swift Converter: Units & Currency — app design, UI, conversion logic, Pakistan local units database, and branding — is the exclusive property of WiseInovatech.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

WiseInovatech shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits related to conversion results
• Damages from app downtime, bugs, or technical issues
• Actions taken based on currency rates or conversion outputs

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

WiseInovatech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Swift Converter: Units & Currency after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
